Terms of Use

These terms set out the rules for using 2oyun.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it. Who runs the site and how to reach us is on the Imprint page.

What the site offers

2oyun is a free portal for HTML5 games you play in the browser. We don't make the games. Some are independent games whose licences allow commercial use, hosted on our own server; most come from distribution networks such as GameMonetize and load from the network's server. You don't need an account to play. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Age

The site is meant for a general audience. You must be at least 13 to create an account, comment or set up a profile; if you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. See "Children" in our Privacy Policy.

Who owns the games

The games belong to their developers and publishers. Games we host are offered under the licence shown in the "Credits and license" section of each game page. Games from distribution networks are licensed for publication on portals through those networks. See our Licenses page for details.

What you must not do

Try to disrupt or overload the site or its servers, or get around its security.
Scrape content in bulk with automated tools, or republish games on other sites without permission.
Click ads with fake or automated clicks, inflate impressions, or get others to click ads by promising them something.
Post insults, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam, other people's personal details or unlawful content in comments or on your profile.
Open an account in someone else's name or use someone else's account.

Your account and comments

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens through your account. Your comments, ratings and profile details may be public, and you are responsible for them. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show that content on the site for as long as it stays there.

Comments pass an automatic filter and suspicious ones are reviewed before they appear. We may decline or remove comments that break these terms, and suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly. You can delete your account at any time under My account → Delete account.

Reporting unlawful content

For content added by users, such as comments and profiles, we act as a hosting provider ("yer sağlayıcı") under Turkish Law No. 5651. We are not required to check such content before it is published, but when unlawful content is reported to us, or a court or competent authority orders it, we review it and take it down.

To report a comment, use the Report button next to it. For a profile, a game or anything else, email hi@2oyun.com with the page link and what is wrong. If you believe your personal rights have been violated, you can also apply directly to a criminal judgeship of peace under Article 9 of Law No. 5651.

Advertising

The site is free and paid for by ads. Our own ad slots are labelled as ads. Games from distribution networks may show the network's own ads before or during play; we don't choose those. You never have to click an ad, and we never reward ad clicks.

No warranty

The site and the games are provided as they are. We can't promise that every game will open on every device or run without interruptions or bugs. We may change or remove any game or feature without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the site or the games. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence. When you play without an account, your favourites and history live only in your browser and are lost if you clear its data.

Other sites and embedded games

The site links to other websites and shows games loaded in frames from other servers. We don't control that content or the ads shown in it; it is subject to the other party's own terms.

Our own content

The site's design, code, logo and the texts published under the "2oyun Editors" byline belong to us and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page and the date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
