Action games

Some days you don't want to think things through, you just want to move. That's what this corner of the site is for. Action games are all about split-second decisions, enemies closing in and instant feedback on every jump, dodge and strike. You'll find side-scrolling platformers, sword fights, arena brawlers, spaceships weaving through asteroid fields and last-stand battles against endless waves of monsters.

If you're new to the genre, start with something that has short levels and simple controls. Arrow keys or WASD for movement and the space bar for jumping are the usual setup on desktop, while mobile games show touch buttons on screen. When a stage feels impossible, watch how enemies move for a few seconds before charging in. Patterns are almost always there, and spotting them beats button mashing every time.

Everything runs straight in your browser on desktop, tablet or phone. There's nothing to install and no account to create, so you can jump into a fight in seconds and save your favourites for later.
