In Nine Men's Morris you place your pieces on the board's points and line up three in a row to form a mill, capturing enemy pieces until your opponent has fewer than three.
Each side has nine pieces and white starts. In the placing phase you take turns putting a piece on an empty point. Once all pieces are on the board you slide one along a line to an adjacent empty point, and a player down to three pieces may fly a piece to any empty point. Every new mill removes an enemy piece, but pieces in a mill are protected unless all of them are. A player reduced to two pieces or left without a move loses; threefold repetition or 50 moves without a mill is a draw. Play the computer on easy, medium or hard with either colour, or a friend on one screen.
